Born in Belgrade (Serbia). Lives and works in Frankfurt a.M. (Germany). Snežana Golubović's work is often durational, minimalistic, feminine and intense. She has worked independently as an actress and performer in professional productions, and her works have been shown internationally at, amongst others: NMAC Foundation, Cadiz (2004), Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam (2005) Avignon Theatre Festival (2005) Venice Biennale (2007) OPEN International Performance Art Festival, Beijing (2008 & 2009) and Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium, Brussels (2011). She was a member of the Independent Performance Group (I.P.G), founded and led by Marina Abramović.

At the VENICE INTERNATIONAL PERFORMANCE ART WEEK 2012, Golubović works in the Palazzo in a series of daily durational performances for ВЕНЕЦИЈА Medley, presents the video Counting - 10 durational performances in 10 minutes, and speaks about My Private Alphabet.
